At half-time the score was 14—5 in the visitors , ' favour.'—Press Assn. FORBURY PARK DISPUTE. RUGBY UNION ISSUES WRIT. DUNEDIN, This Day. The Otago Rugby Union has issued a writ against the Forbury Park Trotting Club, the Dunedin Coursing Club and the New Zealand Football League to prevent Forbury Park being used for the League match, New Zealand against the English team, on August 9. The Coursing Club has the right to use the ground en three days during the season. It has used it on two days and agreed to let the ground on the third day to the League. The Rugby Union contends that the Coursing Club cannot make such a transfer. — Press Assn.
