CONSIDERATION REVIVED. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 26. Mr Ramsay Mac Donald informed a deputation of House of' Commons members that in view of changed circumstances, including strategy (in 'ait power and the necessity of promoting harmonious Anglo-Frentjh relations, he was summoning a special meeting of the Committee of Imperial Defence, at which he wl-1 preside, to consider and report on the Channel Tunnel scheme. *—Reuter.
