ABSCONDER FROM BAIL.
ADMITS ALL CHARGES. TE KUITI, November 10. In the Magistrate's Court yesterday William Farrelly, farm manager, pleaded guilty t'o a charge of converting to his own use money totalling £522 10s sd, the property of the owner of the farm. He was remanded for sentence to the Supreme Court, Auckland. The accused was to have appeared in February, 1921, but while out on bail he absconded to the Argentine, the bail irioney of £200 being estreated. On liis return to the Dominion recently he surrendered to the police and made a confession admitting all the charges.—Press Assn.
