WIRELESS CIRQUIT COMPLETION URGED BY EMPIRE LEADERS. ; EQUITABLE SAFEGUARDS. (Received 3 p.m.) LONDON, November 9. The final meeting of the ImperialEconomic Conference considered Imperial wireless communication, following on statements by the PostmasterGeneral. The Conference adopted resolutions affirming the importance of establishing as quickly as possible an efficient Imperial service of wirelesi communication, expressing the opinion that the Empire should take immediate action to removo any difficulty now delaying the accomplishment thereof, white providing adequate safeguards against the subordination of public to private interests.—Reuter.
