SENT TO PAKATOA. DTJNEDIN, This Day. Catherine Holt, 30 years of age, on Saturday was committed to Pakatoa for 12 months on a charge of drunkenness. Her father stated that she had come into the sum of £400 in June last and had since spent £260 on drink. She wag in the habit of consuming two bottles of whisky per day.—Press Assn
