..PRIMARY SCHOOLS FOOTBALL. RUGBY UNION DECISION. WELLINGTON, This Day. The New Zealand Rugby Union passed a resolution that primary school competitions should be open to all primary schools, and there should be no restriction other than limitation of weight and age. The Union trusts all affiliated unions and those controlling such competitions will aim towards this end. —Press Assn.
