STRINGENT REGULATIONS

Here are the traffic regulations issued at Yokohama. There has been some discussion in Wellington at the regulations at present in force and meetings in connection with the conditions proposed, but what would happen in the Supreme City if motorists and others attempted to comply with these by-laws:— TRANSCRIPT OF REGULATIONS. B—lt must always keep road into left side except when the car meet with troops must pass right side. ■9—When it is trying to- outstrip the other car, it must bell and go right side of the former car. 10 —Do not obstruct the progressing of fire cars and mail cars when it meet with them. 11—When close by horse car, it must take care that do not astonish a horse. 12—It is prohibited to drive connecting with other automobile except impossibility of motion. 13—When it meet with other automobile it must less candles for his convenience of motion.
