INVITATION TO ADMIRAL VISCOUNT JELLICOE.
Some little time ago the Whangs rei Harbour Board invited Admiral Viscount Jellicoe to visit the Whagnarei harbour. This morning the secretary Mr J. McKinnon received a letter from the Admiral thanking the Board for its cordial invitation but regretting that the time at his disposal would not allow of a visit being made to the Whangarei Harbour.
