OTTAWA, July 11 (delayed).

The Canadian Council of Agriculture has received reports indicating that half a million cattle in Southern Alberta are on the verge of starvation, due to continued droughts, which have destroyed all pasturage. It is proposed to transfer the cattlfi to Northern Alberta or Northern Manitoba, where feed is plentiful by reason of adequate rains.—A. and N.Z.
