CONVOVCATION INSISTED ON
(Received 12.20 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 8. Advices from Berlin via Copenhagen state that returned troops, headed by officers with Imperial fags, demonstrated at Munich, demanding the convocation of the National Assembly.—A. and N.Z. and Reuter.
