A Berlin message states that Marshal Foch has directed the President of the German Transport Department to proceed to Cologne on the 11th ■vnd give the Allied Delegation precise information of the traffic organisations in the occupied provinces.— A. and N.Z. and Reuter. COPENHAGEN, Dec. 7. A mass meeting was held in a Berlin suburb, when "Spartacus" speakers declared that if the National Assembly were summoned the military would immediately disperse it. —A. and N.Z.-and Reuter.
