STILL STICK TOGETHER,
(Received 8 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Dec. 4. Prince Henry of Prussia has issued a proclamation stating that as he is the oldest Hohenzollern left in Prussia it is therefore incumbent upon him to do everything possible to assist a lawfully elected Government. He concludes: "At the same time it is my duty to stand by the Kaiser and protect him from harm."—Reuter, via America.
