LONDON, Dec. 5.
The Admiralty announces that all the Turkish warships have surrendered and been interned near Constantinople. The Goeben, four German submarines, and the Russian Black Sea fleet, consisting of the dreadnought Volya and six destroyers, have been handed over to the Allies. —A. N.Z. and Reuter.
