Herr Erzberger's Pacificist conference has begun, with secret sittings. The delegates include Count yon Dern. burg, Herr Karolyi, and a number of German Catholic bishops. It is noteworthy that no Allied delegates are present. The conference is wholly confined to Austro-Germans, Turco-Bulgars, and pro-iGerman Swiss.
