SYDNEY, November 14.

The jury failed to agree on the charges of conspiracy laid against the strike leaders Kavanagh, Thompson, Willis, and Buckley, and a new trial was ordered for the 2b'th. Buckley was then charged with sedition and remanded till the '26th. Bail was allowed in all cases.
