LONDON, November 11
A wireless Russian official message states that regiments faithful to the Government and the Revolution, in agreement with the Soviet Cossacks and all democratic institutions, occupied' Tsarskoe-Selo town and the chief radio station, the rebels retiring in disorderly mobs on Petrograd.
Several measures will be taken against marauders in villages, and those caught will be shot. The rebels will be handed over to the Military Revolutionary Court.
M. Malevski, Commissioner for the Petrograd Military District and a member of the All-Russian Committee for saving the country and the Revolution, has issued a proclamation to the soldiers _t Petrograd as follows:
"Gallant regiments from tthe front, faithful to the Revolution and the country, have approached the capital, in order to avoid the' shedding of innocent blood. They will arrest immediately all those 'betraying and ruining the country, and will send delegations to regiments moving from the front."
Commissary Stankevitch has issued proclamations to army organisations and commissaries as follows:
"A revolt against the Bolshevlki ac Petrograd and increasing attacks on them commenced to-day with fusillades in the streets. The General Army Committee occupied the Telephone Bureau and removed the 801. sheviki. M. Kerensky is approaching Petrograd. Towards evening communications were established with Kirn. The liquidation of__the__Bol_sheviki adyenture_Ls only a niatter_ of
days or even hours,."
