The "Daily Telegraph's" correspondent reports that about two hundred people were killed in the streets of Petrograd on Tuesday ahd Wednesday, when the fighting resulted iii the Maximalists taking over control.

Sunday's Russian messages confirm drastic changes in the situation, show, ing that the Provisional Government, after four days, regained control of communications with the outer world.
