LONDON, November 12.
The "Daily Telegraph's" correspondent reports that about two hundred people were killed in the streets of Petrograd on Tuesday ahd Wednesday, when the fighting resulted iii the Maximalists taking over control.
Sunday's Russian messages confirm drastic changes in the situation, show, ing that the Provisional Government, after four days, regained control of communications with the outer world.
Proclamations issued by M. Malevski and M. Staflkevitch constitute the jfjr.p.f. news of the overthrow of the SB_d§heyiki),and the establishing in powe_~~oT~af new organisation named the All-Russian Committee, for saving the country and the revolution.
This committee sent a delegation to meet M. Kerensky, who was reported on Saturday at Gachina, thirty miles away, holding the town with a small Cossack army.
M. Kerensky's arrival in Petrograd is expected hourly.
The conditions in Petrograd are serious, only two days' supply of food
remaining.
