IRISH RAILWAY STRIKE.
DEEMED INEVITABLE.

LONDON, December 16,
Apparently a strike on the Irish Great South-Western railway system is inevitable. The men have refused the owners' offer of two shillings weekly increase and demand six shillings. The notice will expire tonight. The company has notified the discontinuance of goods traffic.
