ITALIANS TAKE POSITIONS,

ROME, August 20,
A communique says we expelled the defenders of Pozzialti fort in the Tonale zone and occupied Mont Paterno redoubt In the upper Rienz. We captured a line of trenches near Treeroci and completely, repulsed counterattacks on our position in the Tolmino sector. We progressed in tho Carso district.
