Ernest Blythe and L. Mellows, engaged in organising the Irish Volunteers In various parts have been ordered to be expatriated. They will be allowed to select their place of residence with the military authoritle's approval. They must not leave the district without permission. Both men refuse to leave Ireland and declare that no charge has been formulated against them.
