MISHAP ON RIVERINA.

AUCKLAND, April 28,
Before the Sydney.steamer Riverina (which left Auckland yesterday afternoon), reacehd Tlri, a seaman named James Carroll fell down a hatcliwav. Pie landed on his feet, but injured his spine. The vessel put back and landed the man, who was taken to the hospital. The'steamer left again at 4.20.
