ANTWERP, Sept. 16
Brandenburg ■ troops slaughtered 182 civilians at Soiumagn on the ground that rifles were found in some houses, despite the fact that workmen in the Liege district take rifles from the factories and finish them in their homes. Such rifles are without the breech mechanism and without ammunition.
