MELBOURNE, May 7. Speaking in the House of Representatives on the censure motion, which was defeated on the Speaker's casting vote,'the Minister of Customs announced that two bills 'had been drafted to regulate trusts, and a Royal Commission 1 would be appointed to investigate the, meat industry.
