CAPETOWN, Oct. 3. The Supreme Court of Natal has given a judgment declaring that Indian marriages cannot be regarded as monogynous if celebrated by a religion tolerating polygamy. The Immigration Act provides for the admission of monogynous wives if the marriage is celebrated according to the rites of any religion outside India. The decision enhances the difficulty of the Indian question.
