Sir G. Askwith has resumed the D'ubTin enquiry into the strikes. He is taking unsworn evidence.
Jacob complained of Larkin's union interference with workers for trivial reasons. One of the most cruel things was the pillorying of young girls in Larkin's paper because they refused to strike.
