FEARS OF FURTHER TROUBLE

LONDON, Sept. 1

In response to an appeal from the Irish Transport Workers Union Mr Keir Hardie has gone to Dublin to investigate /in connectjon -with the riots and alleged police excesses.

Fearing a renewal of the riots tonight the authorities are stationing police and troopers at many points in the city.
