The relations between Her Majesty the Quren and Princess Christian, the King's aunt, have come almost to an open breach. For a couple of months the Princess has been adding to her income by selling bottles of perfume made by herself at Cumberland Lodge. fn her scheme she has been actively aided by Princess Patricia. " Princess Christian has lately been putting on the labels of the bottles a statement that the perfume is made at Cumberland Lodge. When this fact reached the ears of the Queen the latter ordered Princess Christian to cease using the labels.
The maker of the perfume refuses to do so.
