SOFIA, Aug. 26. Bulgaria does not intend to negotiate with the Porte regarding Adrianople, contending that as the EnosMidia line was imposed by the Powers, its maintenance is their business. BELGRADE, Aug. 26. The International Commission of Inquiry into the cruelties perpetrated in the Balkans, and the economic consequence of the two wars have arrived.
