THE ILL-FATED TITANIC.
REPORTED TO BE AFLOAT
EXPEDITIONS PLANNED FOR
SALVAGE.
OTTAWA, Aug. 26
Advices from St. John's, New Bruns wick, state that reports by incoming ships indicate that a huge hull, believed to be that of the Titanic, is floating in mid-Atlantic. Several expeditions are being planned by New Yorkers to cruise in the neighbourhood with the object of securing salvage if the stories prove to be true.
