BOY'S NECK BROKEN.
GISBORNE, Aug. 25
Edward Vigis, aged eight, was killed yesterday at Barker's Hill. He was riding on a baker's cart down at steep ■hill, when the horse shied, and the cart went over a bank and fell on the boy, . breaking his neck.
