The residents at Onerahi have just now a chance of studying one phase of maritime law. The ketch "Spitfire," belonging to the old meat freezing Company at the Heads, has been seized under Writ of Admiralty, and now lies alongside the railway jetty. The writ has been issued for recovery of unpaid wharfage dues. The dejected looking vessel, with warrant of embargo nailed to her mainmast, "would seem to feel her position keenly."
