AUCKLAND, Aug. 22
In the Supreme Court a youth, Reginald Spick, charged with assault with intent was acquitted, by the jury It was alleged that Tie entered the bedroom occupied by the fifteen-year-old tlayshter of a boarding house keeper at. and was caught by her father, who administered an unmerciful thrashing.
