THE FULLER LIBEL CASE

AUCKLAND,. Aug. 21

The libel action brought by John Fuller against the newspaper "The Triad" has concluded. In summing up Mr Justice Edwards said the first statement complained of was no libel. Secondly to impute "managerial meanness" was fair comment. The jury accordingly found for defendant on both issues. Judgment was entered accordingly with costs against plaintiff.
