CLEVER FORGERY.
BANKS BADLY DECEIVED.

ROME, Feb. 13
The Bank of Naples has been defrauded of £32,000 by means of genuine cheques having the amounts augmented by the aid of chemicals and a perforating machine. The cheques were simultaneously passed at Turin, Florence, and Rome.
There is no trace of the forgers
