BRITISH ADVICE TO RUSSIA.
(Received Dec, 16, 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 15. The House of 'Commons has finished the debate of foreign affairs.
Sir E, (Grey stated that he had informed Russia of the necessity of security of reinstating stable Persian Government, the impossibility of reinstating the Shah, the necessity of a ,-strong financial adviser Succeeding Mr Shuster, the desirability of Britain and Russia co-operating in facilitating a loan, and Russia ceasing to occupy the territory when the demand had been complied with.
