ENGLISH SMALL HOLDINGS.
ASSISTANCE FOR OCCUPIERS.
LONDON, April 11. County Councils acquired 33,335 acres for small holdings in 1910. The Board of Agriculture has applied to the Development Commissioners for an annual grant of £20,000 to enable the Councils to appoint organisers to assist the holders in marketing their goods and forming co-operative societies.
