ROSS GOLDFIELDS COMPANY.
VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION,
WELLINGTON, Sept. 23
The adjourned meeting of the shaveholders of the Ross Goldfields Company, Ltd., was held here to-day. Tue meeting had been call-id in response to a circular proposing the reconstruction of the company in order that farther funds may be raised, to discharge the existing liabilities and to proceed with the working of the property.
A resolution was passed to the i-f----fect that it was desirable to re-cju-struct the Company, and that the Company therefore be wound up voluntiri!y- . , _ The liquidator was authorised to take steps to dispose of the property to the best advantage.
