Monday, June 26th. (Before J. S. Clendon, Esq., R,M. Ono case of drunkeness was disposed of in the usual manner. NGAHARAKA V. PIETPI PAEGAEEHT7. This was a case of assault in which defendant was bound over to keep the peace for six months in the sum of £60, costs 15/.
