Tuesday, June 26th.
(Before J. Bell and J. I. Wilson, Esqs., J.P.'s.) Two boys named William and Simon Clark, of Otonga, were charged by H. Highley with doing malicious injury to his property, to wit, breaking a fence. After hearing evidence the justices adjourned the case until Thursday. Thubsday, June 28th. The case of Highley v. the Clark's was resumed. After hearing the evidence for the defence, the justices fined the defendants £1, to pay for damages done 3/, and also to pay costs of the case.
