PAPAROA.

fFrom our own Corresponent) I have the sad duty to record of the death of Mrs Flora Colbeck, the dearly beloved wife of Mr Frank Colbeck, of Toka Tapu. who departed this life on the Hth, ult., at the early age of 23 years. Her remains on Sunday, the 17th ult, where borne to their lastrestingplace, and interred in the pretty little burial ground which, surrounds S. Marks Church, Paparoa, until the appearing of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The coffh was laden with wreaths of white flowers, emblems of purity. There must have been over one hundred and fifty of an assemblage; many having come long distances out of respect and sympathy for Captain Colbeck and his family, in this there sad bereavement. The Eev. C. Tobin officiated.
