THE EUROPEAN SITUATION.
London, March 20. Germany, Austria, and Italy have agreed that the peculiar interest of each and all is protected by Italy having agreed to assist Austria. It is considered that the effect will be to 1 paralyse Eussia, and leave i France at the mercy of Germany. It is reported that Austria and Eussia have each 30,000 troops massed in the vicinity of the Galician frontier.
