POLAND NEEDS PEACE
A "Daily Herald" correspondent, in Poland wri<P!i. February 14.—A. delegation ot the Polish Socialist Party and .Trade Unions yesterday urged the Premier to concede immediate Peace with Russia. The Premier said that Poland urgently needed peace, and thai the Government had a sincere desire td bring lho negotiations to fi happy ending. The Polish reply will he handed lo the Soviet.
