Breach Motor Regulations. Allan Anderson was charged by Inspector R. J. Cowie with on the 24th July, 1937; (a). Operating a motor-cycle on the Tuapeka Mouth-Balclutha Highway without being the holder of a motor driver’s license; (b). On same date and same road operating a motor-cycle without being the holder of a certificate of fitness.—After hearing the evidence of complainant, defendant was fined 10s and 12s costs on each charge. __
