Gardner Miller’s I Meetings

The Rev. Gardner .Miller, brilliant, convincing and well-informed speaker from Christchurch, who has been making such a favourable impression at meetings addressed this week by him in the city, will continue the series until Thursday night, when, at 7.110, he will address a citizens’ final public meeting in St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church. There will also bo a public meeting in the Cuba Street Methodist Church on Tuesday evening at 7.30. Details of these and other meetings are advertised on page 1 of this issue. As evidence of his wide versatility, Mr. Miller has, in addition to liis advertised meetings, addressed the Rotary Club concerning the spirituality and morality of the community, churchmen’s clubs on the four freedoms of the Atlantic Charter and the Citizens’ .Lunch Club on blueprints of the new world order.
