De-licensed Motorists Can Get Retreads
The Automobile Association (Maliawatu) has received information to the effect that a motorist who had a 1 to 4 gallon petrol license operating on July 31, 1945, but which since has been withdrawn, is still entitled to B grade rubber tyre retreads. To obtain the retreads the motorist must make a declaration showing that he was the holder of a petrol license on July 31.
