Manawatu Heads
(From Our Own Correspondent.) Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Anderson and their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Edison Anderson, all of Palmerston North, have arrived for a fortnight’s holiday'. Mr. W. Stafford and Miss R. H. Fowler, of Marton, and Mrs. J. Emmett, of Palmerston North, are enjoying the beach in. company'. Mrs. McConkey and family, of Palmerston North, are down on holiday'. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton and baby, of Palmerston North, are spending a fortnight at the beach, and have as guest, Mrs. Clinton’s sister, Miss A. Fox, of Wanganui, who is here for a week. Mrs. W. E. Yates and Miss N. Yates, of Palmerston North, arc on holiday, and are staying at ‘ 1 Quebec ’ ’ in Seabury Avenue. Mr. and Mrs. M. Birch, of Palmerston North, spent the week-end in the family beach home on Nash Parade, where Mr. and Mrs. J. Hunt, also of Palmerston North, are now holidaying.
