There was a surprise for institute presidents who were called to the stage to receive shoulder sprays from Mrs. Lynch, followed by musical hofiours and cheers. Hard-working secretaries were also musically honoured. Opportunity was taken by Miss AI. Grant, senior vice president, to present a basket of flow ers ana fruit, the clever work of Airs.
