So far this week in Feilding there have been quite a number of substantial investments in National Savings for the Victory Loan. Among the investors in Government stock are Mrs. E. A. Henson £4OO, and Mr. C. Hausinann £IOO.
The Feilding squadron of the A.T.C. is sponsoring a ball in the town early next month and with arrangements well in hand the function promises to be an outstanding one. A special orchestra from Woodville has been engaged for the occasion and the squadron’s funds will benefit by the proceeds.
