Rongotea Bulb Show

The Horticultural Society has made full arrangements for the bulb show to be held on Saturday next, and as the profits go to the soldiers’ parcel fund, it is hoped there will be bumper entries. Exhibitors are asked to note a correction in the opening paragraph of the schedule. In each case Class 71 referred to should read 4 4 Class 70”; also best bloom in Sections 2, 4 and 70 (not 71). Mr. M. H. Oram, M.P., will perform the opening ceremony at 2 p.m., and in the evening there will be a concert programme arranged by Mr. and Mrs. D. B. Rowe.
