Southland Leads in Quota Percentages (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 4. Since the opening of the Victory Loan on Monday last up to to-night £2,059,240 have been received. National Savings and advance subscriptions received prior to the opening date produced £5,524,491, making a grand total of £7,583,731. For the purposes of the Victory Loan each of the 20 war loan districts throughout New Zealand has been allotted an objective and the objective percentages are as follows:District.
